37. Notwithstanding subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 50 of the Regulation respecting supplemental pension plans (chapter R-15.1, r. 6), no amount granted to the spouse further to the partition or transfer of the member’s benefits may be retained in the plan or transferred thereto, even where the spouse is a member of the plan.
